Luckify Me is a self-discovery and entertainment tool. It synthesizes systems such as BaZi, numerology, Human Design, Gene Keys, moon phases, and related frameworks into a personalized profile and daily guidance, intended for personal reflection and exploratory self-understanding.
Luckify does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice, and is not a substitute for qualified professional guidance. Any decisions you make based on the app are your own responsibility. For important matters, consult a licensed professional.
If you sign in (including with Google), you are responsible for using the correct account and for keeping access to it secure. You agree to provide accurate birth information so the app can function as intended, and not to use the app in any unlawful or abusive way.
The app, its content, systems, and design are owned by Luckify Me and its creator and are protected by applicable laws. The personalized profile generated for you is for your personal use. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the app or its underlying content without permission.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any outputs are accurate, complete, or suited to a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luckify Me and its creator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions made in reliance on the app. Your use of the app is at your own risk.
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes relating to the app or these terms will be handled in accordance with Canadian law.
