Luckify Me ("Luckify," "we," "us") is a self-discovery application that generates a personalized identity profile from your birth details. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the app at app.luckify.me, you agree to this policy. We collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, birth date, birth time, and birth location (city/coordinates). From these inputs the app generates and stores a calculated profile (for example, elemental, numerological, and astrological mappings) so your map can be saved and restored. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google to identify your account. We do not collect or store your Google password.
We use your information solely to provide the app: to create your profile, personalize your daily guidance, save your map so you can return to it, and respond to questions you submit through "Ask Soltar." We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
When you submit a question through "Ask Soltar," your message and the responses you receive are stored so the conversation can be saved and answered. These messages are accessible to our team through an internal admin tool in order to respond to you and improve the service. Please avoid including sensitive personal details you would not want a human reviewer to see.
We do not collect your device's live location. If we add an optional "use my current location" feature in the future, it will be used only at the moment you choose it and only to fill in a location field.
Your account and profile data are stored using Supabase, our backend and authentication provider, on secured cloud infrastructure. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth. Your data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
The app uses your browser's local storage and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to remember your profile and preferences between visits. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. You can clear this data through your browser settings, though doing so may sign you out or reset saved preferences.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls on our backend. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We share data only with the service providers that operate the app on our behalf — Supabase (database and authentication) and Google (sign-in, if you choose it). These providers process data only to deliver their service. We may also disclose information if required by law. We do not otherwise share your personal information with third parties.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data and saved profile at any time by emailing luckifyme@gmail.com. You can stop using the app and request that your account be removed. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we honor those requests.
We keep your profile and account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When you request deletion, we remove your personal data from our active systems within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
Luckify Me is intended for use by adults and is not directed to children. The app does include readings related to children, but these are designed to be created and read by a parent or guardian: the parent enters the child's birth details, and all guidance is written for the parent. We do not invite or knowingly allow children to create their own accounts, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account or provided us information directly, contact us at luckifyme@gmail.com and we will remove it.
We may update this policy as the app evolves. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
